Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Hybrid – Hawksburn & Heatherton Offices (3 days), Remote (2 days)

The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & E-Commerce, you’ll play a key role in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and sales through strategic digital and social media initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Content & Social Media
    • Develop and manage the social media content calendar.
    • Create impactful content, including IG Reels and behind-the-scenes moments at our photoshoots, stores and events.
    • Write compelling copy for social media, emails, product descriptions, blogs, and web pages.
    • Engage with our online community and respond to social media inquiries.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Track and analyse metrics to optimise marketing strategies.
    • Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and PR documentation.
    • Collaborate & write blog content & manage SEO-friendly storytelling.
    • Monitor competitor activity, track key insights and analyse marketing data to inform strategy
    • Support digital campaigns and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Email & CRM
    • Oversee CRM management and collaborate with our email agency to execute campaigns and flows.
  • Photoshoots & Affiliate Marketing
    • Assist with photoshoots and coordinate product samples for media and retailer loans.
    • Identify and approve affiliate opportunities to grow this channel.
  • Retail Marketing Support
    • Coordinate in-store activities, events, and collaborations for our retail spaces.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in brand or digital marketing; experience in homewares, furniture, fashion, or beauty is a bonus.
  • Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite and content creation.
  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo & Meta Business Suite.
  • Exceptional copywriting, planning, and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A love for homewares and a passion for creativity.
